What a hauler needs before calling the customer back

The callback is useful when it carries the stop count, the access note, and the day already promised — not a vague request for a yard cleanup.

The caller is told a local company will call them back. That company loads the limbs. Mabel does not. The callback fails when the only note is a name and a neighborhood.

The hauler should see how many stops, what is in the load, whether the trailer fits, and which day was already said out loud. Those four lines are enough to accept, pass, or ask one more question.

Street address appears after the request is claimed. Until then the offer stays inside the radius the company set, one company at a time.
