Gate width and trailer access before you promise a window

A promised window is only useful if the trailer can reach the pile. Gate width and a blocked curb are captured before the hauler is offered the job.

Many missed pickups start as a yes on the phone and a no at the curb: a closed gate, a car in the apron, or a pile on the far side of a fence the trailer cannot enter.

Mabel asks whether the trailer can sit at the street and notes any gate the crew must pass. If the answer is no, the stop is marked for a callback instead of being stacked onto a tight route.

The local hauler still decides whether to take the job. The note exists so they are not hearing about the gate for the first time in the driveway.
