What to have ready when you book yard waste removal

The useful facts on a yard-waste call are the stop count, whether a trailer can sit at the curb, and the day already promised.

Mabel does not guess the pile. She asks how many stops are on the run, whether the trailer can reach the curb, and the window the customer was already given. Those notes are what the hauler sees before calling back.

A missed window or a blocked driveway means that stop is rebooked before another pile is added. The yard-waste stops tool uses the same two numbers, so the board matches the call.

Have the street address, a gate width if the pile is behind a fence, and a photo of the load if the customer has one. Limbs and bagged leaves on one curb are one stop. A second address is a second stop.
