Bagged leaves, loose brush, and mixed piles
Bagged leaves, loose brush, and a mix of both change the minutes on site. The call should name the mix before a window is held.
Bags are a count. Loose brush is a volume and a walk. A mix is both, and it is slower when the crew has to sort what the city will not take at the transfer station.
Mabel asks what is waiting: bags, limbs, or both. She does not quote a disposal fee. The hauler does that on the callback, using the note from the first call.
If the pile includes something that is not yard waste — lumber, fencing, or household junk — say so on the call. That stop may belong to a different trade, and passing it is cleaner than arriving with the wrong trailer.
